C.O.W.L. 1964 Variant Cover Series

C.O.W.L. by Kyle Higgins (Radiant Black), Alec Siegel (Hadrian’s Wall), and Rod Reis (New Mutants)—first launched in 2014 kicks-off a new chapter, reuniting the original creative team for a four-issue miniseries celebrating the series’ 10 year anniversary.

Kelly designed a four cover series inspired by 1960s superhero trading cards and the bold mid-century style of Saul Bass. Each cover highlights a different hero, putting emphasis on their superhero abilities or gadgets through bold shapes and colour in a modern call back to 60’s design.
